"Rosie the Riveter" was a song about a factory worker "making history, working for victory" and the image of a WWII-era factory worker has inspired generations of women ever since.

    Outstanding subject and a great way to remember, thank, and recognize all the Rosies(and Wendy the Welders, etc.) and their efforts that earned their place in history. It's also a neat way to promote the concept of all the women and men who saved in so many ways, our world 80 years ago to the present younger generations members who may not know anything about those efforts and sacrifices. I am using the Rosie cards for giving to my granddaughters and other young ladies I know when it's time to commemorate a birthday, graduation, or any occasion requiring a card to be sent. The young guys I know get them too...just to curtail any growing chauvinism they might be nurturing through ignorance!
