American graphic artist J. Howard Miller helped forge women's rights from factory steel during WWII when he was hired to create a series of posters to support the war effort, the most iconic being the Rosie the Riveter "We Can Do It!" Poster. Replacing men who had gone off to war, six million women began working at manufacturing plants.
This vintage metal sign is hand made in the USA using heavy gauge american steel and a process known as sublimation, where the image is baked into a powder coating for a durable and long lasting finish.Sign is drilled and riveted for easy hanging.
