Thank you for supporting The National WWII Museum Store. Your purchase makes a difference! All proceeds from your purchase fund the continuing educational mission of The National WWII Museum in New Orleans.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason or would like to exchange an apparel item for a different size, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. For exchange/return instructions, please email museumstore@nationalww2museum.org with the following information:
- Your Name and Phone Number
- Your Order# or Invoice #
- The Item# or a description of the item you would like to return
- The Reason for your Return.
Someone from our customer service department will respond to you within 1 business day with specific return instructions.
National WWII Museum products are available only in our Museum stores, at store.nationalww2museum.org, and at shopwwii.org. You can also find our products in select authorized stores. The Museum does not sell artifacts, weapons, or ammunition. Be cautious of unauthorized websites that may use the Museum name or brand to mislead customers.
