National WWII Museum products are available only in our Museum stores, at store.nationalww2museum.org, and at shopwwii.org. You can also find our products in select authorized stores. The Museum does not sell artifacts, weapons, or ammunition. Be cautious of unauthorized websites that may use the Museum name or brand to mislead customers. Carrier Policy:
The National WWII Museum Store ships with FedEx and USPS. Packages addressed to PO Boxes or Military Boxes will be shipped using USPS, unless a physical address is also provided. Drop Ship items typically ship via USPS, but may also ship with FedEx or UPS.
Days & Hours of Operation:
Most orders ship within 24 hours if placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon on Friday and on Weekends will ship out on the following Monday. Orders placed on days when the warehouse is closed for a holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. The National WWII Museum Store is closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Mardi Gras, Good Friday, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Economy/ Free Shipping – These orders are shipped USPS, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery. The average transit time is 3-9 business days (not including weekends) but can be longer during peak shipping season and depending on which shipping method is most appropriate for the package size and destination. Transit times for economy items cannot be guaranteed.

FedEx Ground- the transit time for FedEx Ground varies geographically but is typically 3-6 business days. FedEx does not count Saturday or Sunday in this estimate.
FedEx Home Delivery - Can only be selected for residential addresses. Transit times vary but are typically 2-5 days based on location.
FedEx 3 Day Select- 3 business days (Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days)
FedEx 2 Day Air- 2 business days (Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days)
FedEx Next Day Air- 1 business day (Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days)
Drop-Ship Orders – Please allow additional time for items marked as drop ship. These items ship directly from the manufacturer and require an additional 2-5 business days for processing.
