the noise would not attach
The noise would not attach to the plane and i don't know why.

Nice plane except…
My oldest son bought this for his younger brother as a surprise. Such a sweet gesture. He was so excited. However, when they tried to put it together they realized the propeller would not attach. We believe they received the wrong propeller because there was no way, unless it was glued) for it to attach. That is what we ended up doing but it’s not as fun to play with plane that doesn’t have a spinning propeller.

Poor quality
Pieces did not fit correctly. Pins did not fit into the holes they were intended for and paint smeared.

My son loves it!
My son purchased another Smithsonian model and loved it so then he wanted one of the P51 Mustang that was one the back of the box. So I looked online and found yours. I was so happy to support a museum instead of Amazon or a big retail store. The shipping was crazy fast! He was so happy with how fast it came and the product. The hand written Thank You card knocked the whole thing out of the park for me!! What amazing customer service.
