Invasion Star Cap

Before 1943, it was common for allied vehicles overseas to carry a simple white star as an identifier. But in the dust and confusion of battle, the allied or "US Star" could occasionally be mistaken for a German Cross at ranges over 1000 yards. Adding the circle around the star prevented this.

This is a low profile structure cap with six panels, pre-curved visor, and sewn eyelets. Cap features a velcro adjustable strap on reverse.

    Perfect hat.

This is a great, well made hat. Quality material but one complaint, made in China. A hat honoring America should be made in USA.
