Invasion Star Barrel 14oz Mug
Most American military vehicles are painted with a star insignia to help distinguish friend from foe. For the invasion of Normandy, a large white star with a white circle was used. The star was also adopted by other western Allied forces in 1944 and became a ubiquitous symbol of the allied forces as they liberated Europe.
This matte, dark green mug features a beveled Invasion Star on one side and U.S.A. on the other.
